Default Solvent printer or convert an aqueous?

looking to add a printer to my screen printing business but not sure what to purchase? Keep in Mind I don't have a Huge budget to spend. I have seen sites online about solvent conversions? I would like to Buy a Print and Cut system but would opt for a reg printer.

Looking for something to start with and grow from.

Budget: $3500-$6000

Your budget is enough for a A2 size DTG printer.
