How much do you spend on telecom expenses? Is anyone reviewing your telecom invoices on a monthly basis?Do you think a formal procure-to-pay system would benefit a company, and if yes, what benefits would the system include?

I only do the regular way of cutting down my telecom expenses. Although, I heard about a Procure to pay system has ample benefits especially about automation as it makes more efficient. It is related to all activities from procurement of goods and services to receiving invoices and paying suppliers. The best thing is, it can help reduce invoice processing payment costs, and can improve services of the telecom life cycle.

Thanks for the info! Actually, I asked my friends who are working as nurses and doctors. They say that procure to pay cycle is often used in hospitals when requesting for medical supplies and equipment. Also, they agreed that it really helped them a lot.
