Re: Sroque News Flash
One thing I will say about sRoque is that on all machines I not only look but listen and feel the machine, this tells something of a machines engineering and set-up and if anything is knocking, vibration, resistance etc. One thing is you cannot judge all machines by viewing one or two, but the sRoques Ive seen had been setup for over three years, and they ran so smooth at speed with virtually no feel of resistance or vibration. Only machines I have felt as smooth were MHM, Schenk and TAS. With reflection I also think there is perhaps something to do with the weight of the machines and the heavier ones are more absorbent. Smoother running machines in theorey should print smoother and wear less than something running rough, so in turn maybe also less maintenance and longer lifespan as well. Now this would also be the setup engineers, but also machining, components (using pepsi cans for shims?) weight, gearing, quality of build. Anyway sRoque is a machine definitely worth considering. They may not be innovative with leading features of their own but they certainly look at schenk and MHM and adapt similar at a cheaper build. I think they have a 12 colour for about $60k....
One machine I am in love with of sRoque you can see by looking at youtube under keywords sroque umbrella printer. That looks like a money maker as a dedicated machine!
First however is a tee shirt printer and for that I am wanting Mustang 12/14 or CIII 10/12.
