Just wanted to give a warning to all potential buyers for Stitch It International. We bought a 12 head Tajima from them about 6 months ago. Now, only half of the heads work and it is a disaster. They are refusing to help in any way. All i am saying is buyer beware. they are a lot of equipment dealers out there. Make sure you check them out first.

The risk you take when buying used. I don't see how they would be responsible after 6 months. Did they offer a warranty?

What model is?
Tell me your problems,maybe we can fix the machine by email.
I am far for from you ,but is not impossible.

Normally for second hand machine the guaranty is for some month.
