Default Styrofoam Cups

I am looking at getting into the styrofoam printing business. I hav been selling custom cups for years and now would like to service the local promotional shops and produce the cups. Any advice? What equipment would I need and what kind of investment am I looking at? Thanks

I can't imagine making money screen or pad printing product that is worth a penny or two. It's tough to sell a $.10 $.20 $.30 print on a product worth far far less than that. The only way it makes sense is with mass-automation and barfing out thousands and thousands an hour.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

An Omso will run 30,000 an hour easily.
