Any suggestions for wholesale embroidery suppliers (thread, bobbins, backing, etc.) that is a one day ship to Alabama?

Try Texmac. They are in Charlotte NC. I don't know if it is 1 day to you or not, but should be. RNK in KNoxville will be 1 day and they sell Floriani thread, backing, etc. I have purchased from both places and both sell excellent products.

RNK in Knoxville. Talk with Steve Coakley. You have to make a $100 purchase initially but that is not hard to do. The Floriani products are awsome. They should be 1 day to your area. We are in Harvest, AL near Huntsville and it is one day.
