I am thinking about buying a new 1508 or 1506 SWF dual function machine vs a used 1508 Tajima, we have several tajimas now and have been very happy w/ them, any thoughts on the SWF's
Thanks |

I started on Tajimas 18 years ago... today I only own SWFs. They are extremely similar but the price point on the SWF gives us more bang for the buck. They have worked with me to create custom machines that sew 40 inches by 40 inches per head... at nearly half the price Tajima would have done for me. Sorry, they are both workhorses , nothing bad at all to say about Tajima, but for the price in today's economy I go with SWF.

the price may different a lot, but you may need to consider other factors such as after sales service, spare parts, second hand price (in case you want to sell them in the future). In some countries, SWF is not popular though it's growing steadily in the competition.
