Swf Repair Needed for A-T1201

Is ther a SWF Repair technician in the Seattle area (besides from Mesa)
I have a 2000 SWF A-T1201 that no longer functions.
There was a power surge and the machine just never came back on after that.
The machine makes a loud hum noise and then nothing. I talked to SWF and they said it either the power supply or the mainboard. I was just hoping that there was a tech out there that could fix this in their spare time.

Look on the back of your machine at the degree wheel and make sure that the 100 mark is at the top.
