Default T15 Digitizers/Embroiderers...do you do hand work or hand embellishments?

I know we are in the machine embroidery market for the most part... but still do you do any hand work? Beading, pearling, sequins, etc?

Years ago it was a "thing" to screen print a shirt and then machine embroider a portion of the design on top of the screen for depth and a greater perceived value to the client... not sure that happens much anymore?

Do you do any hand work? Or is everything machine only?

I only do machine work cause of repeat-ability and cost effectiveness. The closest to hand work would be applique/puff media. But the demand in my area for that kind of work isn't high enough to justify doing or investing in specialty machines.

Yes most applique and puff I would consider hand work. definitely labor intensive! Do you charge accordingly for those applications? We used to charge more for 3D puff digitizing but as more and more digitizers mastered the concept we stopped... no longer specialty.

Same with applique. based on degree of difficulty or stitch count.. no upcharge for years now for specialty digitizing. just not valid any more.
