Tajima TEHX 1501 help!!!

Have a Single head TEHX 1501 that pantograph just quit working.
I press arrow buttons and machine does not move in any direction.
If I load a design and press start button, needle starts but pantograph does not move. machine changes needle fine manually and automatic, machine trims fine.
I have tried tracing design and does not move.
Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to reload your operating system disk software It's possible that your X / Y driver card is bad. $900.00 from Hirsch. I got one in stock for 750.00 it's possable one or both of your pantograph motors has gone out ( very rare that both directions go out at the same time). If you need help call me tomorrow
