Tajima Tension base card switch

I have a Tajima TMFXii-C1206 and the switch on the tension base card is no longer working(but the head still sews). I’m looking to replace the 3-position switch but don’t have part number, if it is a on-off-(mon) or off-on-(mon), or where to locate a replacement card (understating that this card is now obsolete). Any assistance in the switch type and where to purchase is greatly appreciated.
