Tajima TME-DC915 won't trim...?

Question Tajima TME-DC915 won't trim...?
Have a 15 head tajima machine and one of the heads does not trim .....any suggestions?

Pull the needle plate off and clean all thread, lint etc from the area of the knife blades. If this doesn't seem to work you may need to order new fixed and movable knife blades and change them out.
