Default Tajima Tmex Neo Plus is not turning on HELP!

I'm very new to embroidery; I bought a second hand Tajima Tmex C 1501, and I got it to successfully work a few times, (Not really successfully since I was having a lot of threads breakages), but today I moved both the Main Shaft handle and the Color change handle, without really knowing what I was doing. BAD IDEA! Now I turn on the machine, the system loads to 100% then it says "Please wait" for a few seconds and then it turns off! the screen goes BLACK!!!! only the power button by the screen stays red. I tried resetting the machine using the original setup disk, and I was able to reinstall the software, but it keeps turning off again and again. I set the shaft handle back to the 100 red zone, but I'm not really sure how to get the change color handle to the original position. Please Help! Thank you.

Default Re: Tajima Tmex Neo Plus is not turning on HELP!

Emergency stop button is pressed in...twist to the right so it pops out.
