Tajima TMFD-G1220 Type-2 -- Error 316

I am using Tajima TMFD-G1220 Type-2 which is giving me error 316 and design is getting out.

It stop the machine and error appears on the console and when I start it again, it moves the needle to 1 cm left or right or top or bottom which mess up with the embroidery design.

Please help.

316 is main shaft driver error.
look if the needle is in correct position.
turn with hand main shaft to see if move smoothly.
look if the motor belt is ok.
check the main shaft motor
this machine has Limi Servo or Inverter for main shaft motor.
look on Limi or Inv .display if you have an error.
for Limi servo errors are in the machine book.

for main shaft motor is better to take off the motor belt and turn with hand the motor shaft to see if turn smoothly
