Default Time to Hoop, Reload, and Digitize

Hello Everyone,

We are starting an embroidery business. To start with, we are contracting out the embroidering and digitizing.

But we hope to eventually have our own machine and be doing our own digitizing. Therefore, we want to set prices for embroidering and digitizing now based on us being in full operation--running our own machine and doing our own digitizing.

We need to know times for hooping, reloading, and digitizing. So, what has been people's experience?

I would like to know the average time for a skilled person to hoop a garment using a Hoopmaster and reload a 2-head machine, a 4-head machine, and a 6-head machine (all possibilities for what we eventually purchase down the road).

And what about digitizing? Obviously, each design will be different. But is there an average, say per 1000 stitches, time that it takes a skilled digitizer to complete a design?

Thank you in advance for any input you have to offer.
