Tip on a machine issue

Hi
I have a a chinese machine with DAHAO 95L control that pantograph is not moving. When I press arrow keys to move pantograph it does not move and shows error, everything seems to be ok.
Any idea of what it could be. Machine was working fine, it was just shut down for the weekend.

check all the connections to the main board, normally a cable has come loose.do this with the power of, normally i would remove each plug then reattach it make sure it is seated all the way home.
