Default TMFX-C904 for Sale 7000.00 or Best Offer

The machine received a major overhaul with new stainless steel thread take up springs, new style take up levers with bushings , new jumbo rotary hooks and bobbin cases , new style tubular arms with metal lip at end. The tubular arms are attached to the sash using 4 large head screws. The sash is the new style with steel rollers mounted on the bottom and the frame has the appropriate stainless steel strips installed to support the rollers. The cooling fan was replaced with a larger style to increase cooling efficiency. One year warranty on parts and labor (within 120 miles of NYC). There are no hoops or cap system with the machine. Emb. space is 360X450 The machine was mfg. in 1994 although many updates make it similar to a 98 FX2-C Asking $7000.00 GLS Technical Services 516-456-0087

The descriptions of the machine are aimed at common problems related to this model specificly, or to any machine over 10 years old. Common to this style of thread break detection is after about 10 years, the machine begins to give false thread breaks or it does not sense the thread breaks. Cleaning the contacts and installing new stainless steel springs fixes this problem. I had to make a tube frame for the machine, so I am explaining the technical changes to the tube sash that is found on new tajima's. The take up levers have a bushing where the thread passes through the take up lever. This helps in the smooth delivery of the thread. Installing new rotary hooks and bobbin cases results in the best stitch the machine is capable of doing. The box that drive the X and Y motors and the main shaft motors have a cooling fan and heat sink that many people forget to clean. When clogged with dust and lint, the box will overheat causing failure of one or more PC Boards which may cost over 2000.00 dollars to replace. A larger cooling fan with a higher CFM will reduce the chance of PCB failure.
