When raising the presser foot for cap needle plate, I can't raise it off the plate or I get a banging of an arm to the frame. What is the procedure for adjusting the presser foot bar? How can I lower the arm attached to the presser foot bar by 2 or 3 mm?
I have a PDF of a service manual for the 860 and I'm sure there is an adjustment for presser foot there. Let me know your email address if you need it.
