Toyota 9100ESP - How to ?

Hi all,

I'm literally saving a company from bankruptcy. It's a viscom company, they do lettering, tshirts, flex, vinyl cut and ... embroidery.
There is 2 Toyota 9100 ESP machines. They are connected to a computer and they use Wilcom to do their jobs.
That's all I know.

For the moment, I externalize all the embroidery jobs but of course the plan is to do that "in-house".

I really have no clue how this work, there is no user-manual, nothing.
Can somebody explain me how to start with this ?
