Trim error 103 on tajima

Default Trim error 103 on tajima
I have taken the plate off and moved the trim blade back in place, pushed the esc and everything else. Turned off all heads pressed the set button, nothing, still beeping. There was no mass of thread under plate. Need help.

What kind of machine, cannot find reference to a trim error 103. Please be more specific.
