Default Trimming Error

Hi to all, I have a Toyota AD860 and get a trimming error at every trim. I have to stop then start every time but the thread is getting trimmed. I have to pull the thread out every time almost like it's being trimmed too long but it's trimming. The manual says that the thread is either too thick or the blades need replacing, but it's getting trimmed. Anyone experience this or know the cause and fix? Thanks!

Ok, after watching videos of other toyota machines I realized there's a hook that comes down to pull the thread out of the garment. That hook doesn't come out on my machine. Could it be stuck? Missing? Where do I look for it? I just got this machine so I didn't know about it. Thanks.

On your left hand side just behind the needles and at about a 45degree angle. You will see a bolt (mine is Black) and it is on a metal track. Slide the bolt down, that is what the hook attaches to. The hook is a thin metal and more than likely got bent and won't come down. If that's the case then gently bend the hook so it will move up and down the slide freely.
