Default Trouble with 20 OZ Skinny Tumblers

Help! I'm having trouble finding that perfect time/temp for skinny tumblers. I have a new Craft Express Elite Tumbler Heat Press. I have tried 365/75 seconds and 356/60 seconds with both firm, medium and light pressure. I keep getting tape and residual marks that are ruining the tumblers. I use Hippo paper and I'm getting good color saturation from the paper. The tumblers are made for sublimation so that is not an issue either. Any insight or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Brian
