Default In trouble looking for help

Hi all, am in a bit of a bind here.
I own FlexiSign Pro 7.6 (yeah I know it's way old and that's one of the problems). I decided to start my small business back up. Unfortunately the virus protection program Norton Anti-Virus decided on of my .dll files was a trojan in disguise and deleted it. NOw the program only starts to open, hangs up at loading profile and turns off.
I know just reload the program right? Well seems I can't find the password to reload it.
Does anyone know where Flexi loads the User # and Password when it installs??? I've been all through the System Regisrty and can't find it on my own.
Any help would be appreciated.

To be honest, you can turn to the shop where you buy the software, I have a customer once happened to the case like you. and I forwarded to our engineer to find the keys....
