Distribution company looking for Inside Customer Service Representative in the following cities:
Apopka, FL
Moonachie, NJ
Charlotte, NC
Columbus, OH
Phoenix, AZ
Memphis, TN

We are a distributor to the sign, digital and textile industries along with the requirements and skill listed below we would give special consideration to someone who has experience in theses arenas. Screen printing experience in graphics and/or textile, digital printing and signage.
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS.


Responsibilities include:
• Working directly with Customers via Phone
• Entering orders into order entry system
• Processing credit card payments
• Supporting outside sales reps
• Produce quotes and pricelists for customers on supply items and equipment sales
• Updating database records in ERP system
• Filling out reports and processing necessary paperwork for daily activities

Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work within deadlines
• Solid computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook/CRM Software)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to details
• Self Motivated
• Very strong communication skills in writing and verbal.
• Excellent team player and should work well under pressure.
• Able to foster and maintain customer relation values.
• Customer Service oriented
• Dependable and Organized

Experience Required 1 year in Customer Service related job
Some College Coursework Completed
