Default ULANO EZ film and Printa cure unit

Hello all,

Is any one with a Printa system using ULANO EZ film on the east coast with all this humidity? I am looking for help getting the film to cure properly. Also, can anyone recomend a burning time with this film and the printa unit.

I have been letting the film sit in the unit with the fan overnight. Then burning the image on the film from 3 to 5 minutes with poor results. Any suggestions. The film washes off the screen after it has been burned.

Thanks,
Joe

I have the printa system that we purchased this year and film was unbelievably frustrating, yet we were purchasing directly from printa. Burn times went between 1 1/2 to 2 miutes and the film was never consistent. Since then, we have tried our hand at the Ulano emulsion and have had ZERO issues. It took a few times to get the technique down, but has allowed for cleaner prints and easy burns. We are in Florida and the massive humidity has not been an issue at all for us. Hope this helps.
