Hello, everyone:
We're going to be selling a few pieces of equipment over the next week or so to make room for a new auto. Everything we're selling looks great and is in fantastic working condition, although we offer no warranty and are selling everything "as is" for obvious reasons. (Honestly: If you can find cleaner used equipment outside of the showroom, I'd like to see it.) Prices are relatively firm, although we will offer 10% off for buyers who purchase more than one piece of equipment. This listing is for a Vastex DB-30 dryer, but here is a short list of what we'll be selling:
Vastex DB-30 110V Conveyor Dryer w/ legs, wheels and
new belt - $1195
Lawson HD-Max 6/4 Manual Screen Printing Press w/ various extra pallets - $1895
AWT Pro-Light 1 29" x 51" Exposure Unit w/ legs, shelf and uv fluorescent "black" lights - $1495
We will also be selling a
Vastex V2000HD 4/4 w/ a bunch of pallets ($2295-ish), but it probably will not be available until the auto is up and running.
So, with that said, here's the info on the
Vastex DB-30. It's a wonderful little dryer that served us well (and cured thousands of shirts!) for two years, until we had to upgrade to another, bigger Vastex. It runs on 20 amp 110V, so it's great for a garage or home starter shop. It does have the sideways 20-amp plug for the 2000W heater, so you will need the right receptacle to plug it into. It has the optional legs and wheels, and the heat adjustable control box. It also has a BRAND SPANKING NEW BELT. (I'll give you the old belt, too, but it has a split down the middle.) The Vastex tech specs say 80+ pieces per hour, but you may have to run big, heavy white plastisol prints a little slower. Here's Vastex's info page on the dryer:

Please have a closer look at the pics. 700+ degrees at the heating panel. With the belt at a decent speed, it takes a shirt from 60 degrees to 350+ without a problem. You can also add a heating unit if you want to run it faster.
Anyway: Let me know if you have any questions.
All equipment is located in Bayonne, NJ 07002.
Thanks for looking.
