Just traded for a VE lynx and I'm having problems getting it to cut well. It is really sloppy and the finished product looks much different than what I sent. I've been using a roland camm1 pnc 950 for 7 years and that always cuts basically exactly how I want it to. I'm using flexi cut 6.5 software and noticed that my last plotter an ioline 110 41" had similiar cutting issues of not looking quite right. Has anyone had this problem? Are Lynx plotters just that ****ty? I'm thinking that the flexicut doesn't work as well as it should since it's pretty old.
Anything would help.... |

I had similar problem before with another brand of vinyl cutter mainly tracking issues. Tech support recommended to upgrade drivers and software to solve the problem and it worked. If your software is old I think your instinct is correct that the software is the problem. Lynx is okay but i still stick to more popular brands like graphtec, roland and summa.
