Vendor runs a monthly special, doesn't honor it.

I get a monthly special email from a certain vendor that sells embroidery supplies. Today I went to order the special and it's gone. I call to question it and they tell me the July special is running now even though there are a couple of days left in June. Now they can do what they want but I can send my $600-800 a year to some other company now too. Should I mention the source?
