Vinyl Cutter Not Cutting Entire Word
I have a GCC Bobcat BI-30 that is cutting only part of the first letter that I send to it. It cuts for a few seconds and then just lifts the knife, it doesn't even go back to it's origin point. I have just purchased a newer computer as the one that we were using finally died. I am using a USB to Serial Converter as the computer does not have serial ports on it. It seems to be communicating correctly as I can poll the plotter for size and it does cut part of what I send.
