Designs under 10,000 stitches entered before noon cst are returned same day, over 10k or after noon generally next business day unless a jacket back... let us know when you need those and we will try to work with your schedule. 8 full time digitizers... so when you send a design in it is matched with the person who is best qualified for that particular design... there are no schools for digitizing, so each digitizer becomes better on the types of designs they prefer to do... those are the ones that interest them the most. For example, if you send an animal with nice fur effects... not all digitizers can do that correctly.. but someone who loves working on those designs would be better suited..etc. Otherwise you are stuck with only 1 digitizer doing all your work.. but one digitizer cannot be the best in all applications, they surely are better at some and not as good as others... why not only have the best qualifications on each instead?
