Default Waiting period for new usernames?
Alan,
Is there a way on this forum to not allow a new username to post for 24 hours? It sure would be nice to put a delay on new usernames to keep the rats out.

This would inconvenience new users. Also, trolls would just create a bunch of usernames and wait 24 hours. Just ignore the trolls, see the new announcement.
