Want to buy a used embroidery machine

Hey guys I would like to buy a used embroidery machine, but i don't know a thing about them. I want this for my personal use to make my own things with, so I know I want a small one (Do they make small one)?? Where do I find them, how much money am I lookign at spending?? Help please! Thanks

Wow.... thats alot more money than I was looking to spend. How big is the machine? Does it stand on its on? I have a spare bed room that I want to put this in and it already has a tanning bed in it. So it cant take up to much room.

Embroidery warehouse has it for $2500.00 It is not that big, and has a cabinet that it sits on. What state are you in? The machine is in Michigan.
