Default Want to work-how to jump start

After running a busy embroidery shop (production as well as digitizing) I quit after 10+ yrs and opened my own shop. I have been busy until now and just want to work! Need to find my niche, but have done everything from split front jerseys to puffy foam. I have a website and am a member of 2 chambers. I don't sit idle very well, I am used to being swamped so I am anxious to work! Need suggestions on how to jump start my own business.

When I first started on my own a lot of flyers , cold calls and I put together baskets with business cards, flyers and treats that I personally dropped off at companies that I targeted. Good luck!!!

I agree with you, finding your niche sure would help... it enables you to "specialize" and to trim down your marketing efforts into a more manageable size.
