I'm writing in hopes that you might be able to help me out and make some money .

I'm opening a T-Shirt Printing Shop , here in Southern California ( Rialto ) in a few weeks . I have the know how to make the shirts , but the area I need help is buying the right equipment for our shop . We want to make 3000 shirts in a 8 to 10 hour day ( if possible ) . The warehouse is a 20 x 20 working area with 110 outlets . We want to buy used or new equipment , that is small enough to fit in our working area but big enough to produce the amount of t-shirts we need to do for each job . We also did to get the equipment and start making the shirts that day , fast set up is a key .

Any help will be appreciated and will assist us in being a ongoing buyer of yours .

20/20 and 3000 shirts per day?, you need to contract your work out. sorry this isnt what you wanted to hear

Why 20x20?

Yes, I know that's the size of the space... But why THAT space? Why not rent/lease/buy a 50x50 space?

Sure, it IS possible to print 3000 shirts per day in 20x20 on 110VAC, but you'll need a small gas dryer (propane if NG is unavailable) and some other space to store your apparel before/after printing (perhaps in the trailer it's delivered with).

You'll also want to get your local supplier or another printer to process your screens for you... Hopefully you wont need too many.

the 20 x 20 is a rough guess you are right I was off it's more like 50 x 50 with lots of room for storage ...... I never seen the place until today I was happy . Just need the equipment now and we are rolling .... anyone with equipment for sale ?

If you are really going to hit the ground running at 3000 shirts per day, hire an electrician to get the 220V installed and order all your stuff new with warranty...

No sense in wasting time troubleshooting used equipment when you've got 3000 shirts a day running through the shop.

Pick up a mid-line M&R automatic and attend the training on it.
