I have a Roland P C 60.It leaves small like drag lines .I installed new ribboms with no help. I called Roland and they couldn't even tell me where to send machine to get repaired. Anyone out there can help me??? THANKS Larry 817-297-4525

I contacted Roland on mine and they said to send it to them. I have had 3 heads installed and I sent it directly to them. I called the number on the machine. Roland number I called 800-542-2307. They very agreeable in repairing mine.

I HAVE A PC600 THAT RUNS GREAT BUT I SCRATCHED THE HEAD FOR THE SECOND TIME.
I SEND IT TO A PLACE IN DENVER AND THEY REPLACE THE HEAD , TUNE IT UP FOR ME AND SEND IT BACK. I HAVE A SPECIAL BOX WITH FOAM THAT I BOUGHT FROM
THE REPAIR PLACE JUST FOR THIS PURPOSE. IF YOU PURCHASE A PC60 OR PC600
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR SUBSTRATES ARE CLEAN AND THE ENVIRNMENT DOES NOT
HAVE DUST FLIING AROUND. I USE CANNED AIR WHILE THE PRINTER IS RUNNING TO BLOW OFF THE HAED PERIODICALLY. OTHER THAN THE HEAD BING SENSITIVE TO
SMALL PARTICLES THAT CAN SCRATCH IT, THE PC600 HAS MADE ME SOME GOOD MONEY. I HAVE HAD A BAD LAST 12 MONTHS . I AM BEHIND IN MY BILLS WHICH IS WHY I AM OFFERING THIS PRINTER FOR SALE. I HAVE A MUTOH PRINTER THAT IS ALSO IN NEED OF PARTS SO I'M HOPEING THE MONEY FROM THE SALE OF THE PC600 WILL BUY THE PARTS I NEED TO REPAIR THE MUTOH. OH WELL! CAN ANYTHING ELSE GO WRONG THIS YEAR?
