please pay a special attention to this cheater,we have done lots of designs for Him , BUT He always delay to pay us , and dispeared after get our design , he ownd us $247 till now . we have conatct him many times in past three months , he never answered me , Wilson Trophy House/ Hayes Embroidery

Facts speak louder than words, From the above proof , Everybody can see who is lying . The truth is ,

1, You started pace the order in our website on Octomber last year . AND we did total 13 designs for you , but you did not pay us any more except the first order .

2, IF you think all our designs is crap quality , Why do you continue to send us new orders one by one ?

3, We contacted you for payment on Dec 15th last year , Then you said :" i am not in the office untill monday , will contact then , Ok , i wait ,

4,On January 16th this year , I conacted you again for money . The next day , You answered me :" i have been out with sickness , i will pay asap"
Ok , I wait again ,

5 ,From then , You dispeared whatever how many times we contact you ,

6 ,Finally , you appeared after we post your bad behavious , then you threatened me that by email .

ok , this is the true story , everybody can tell who is the Liar .

1. then why order so MANY of them? you thought by communicating with them you could train them how you wanted your designs to be done? doing the same thing expecting a different outcome?
two or three maybe to test out a digitizer? Not this many if the numbers are accurate.

2. did you actually use these designs to fulfill your orders? (meaning giving them "crapy(sic)" embroidery? I mean I get if an embroiderer is in a pinch and has to make due because of a hard deadline... but not THIS many. Why not stop using them earlier? send them copies of QUALITY makeup designs you had done elsewhere and ask for the invoices to be deleted? Because you had shown them proof you did not use their designs? To me that sounds reasonable. anyone else have an opinion on showing a "quality" redone design to a digitizer?

3. "overpriced"? WOW. then you would absolutely HATE our pricing!!! From day one!

it doesn't take that many designs to figure out they're bad.

I don't want to argue with the liar again and again , i just want to show the proof that he is a con man . The above link is a proof that show him paid us the first order on Oct 25th 2017 , then , He sent us total 13 designs within one month ,At the end of the month ,I sent him all his breakdown for payment ,He dispeared .when i expose his bad behavior on forum , He get angry and slander me that crapy quality and overpriced . if like you said that our design is low quality and high pricing . How to explain you paid the first trial order 50% discount ? why do you keep sending us the next 13 designs ? The only reason is you are intent on cheating me .

the good news for you JACK W is that fewer and fewer digitizers are offering terms to new clients.... SO if this person is how you say they will run out of options for non-payment sooner than later. The real problem is WHY stiff a 15.00 bill when you are making profit on the addition to cost of goods AND the embroidery and maybe even upcharging the digitizing/setup fee? penny wise and pound foolish?

They will not sustain this business model long.

My advice (not that you asked for it) is to get payment up front. period. at your prices that should not be an issue? question?
