There is always two sides to every story and in this case we have one common denominator and that is that M&R repeatedly has either "saved the day" or "ceased the day" depending on who you want to believe.

The biggest common denominator here is M&R has helped many people out in a time of need after Robert Barnes has screwed up. Hell Rich has helped me many times out of his own pocket, even Anatol stepped up one time called me and gave great instructions on how to use the index parameters in the printex software.

Curious Robert why don't you explain to the folks here why you advertise the Hurricane to print 20" when I found out through one of the partners directly that they only build the hurricanes to print 16"?

Good point.

M&R seems to repeatedly saved the day...

Don't forget the other side of that coin, usually they are saving the day when you have failed someone.

Either way both customers are happy that are being discussed here, so what does it really matter HOW it took place.

The fact clearly is Playtex missed the mark and the customer recognized that and moved on.

Did the guy jump from the building or did someone give the guy a push off?

We could approach this a different way if you want.

Why did they spend more money going with M&R after already PAYING for a press from you?

If M&R is over priced and out dated then why would they have left all that money with you and THEN forked over more money to M&R.

That would be like me ordering some Nike's (in your mind) and then shipping taking forever so I just say F' it... I'll order these Hi-Techs and pay more than I did for the Nike's!

I'd hold out for those sweet Nike's if it was me... or are you suggesting that these customers just NEEDED some shoes and so Hi-Tech came along and took advantage of these poor ppl with no shoes on their feet and the big dance was tomorrow?

Seems like anyway you slice it... the company that you ordered the Nike's from really screwed the pooch.

Let's ask another question: Why was the guy on the top of the building in the first place?

The best part is that 244 personally guarantee all his equipment, oh did I say PERSONALLY guarantee, YES I DID!!

I will NEVER buy anything other than M&R PERIOD!!
I wouldn't give a shlt if another press pooped quarters, I am so happy with my equipment from M&R that I can actually begin to feel good again. Printing with M&R equipment is like a sunny 80° day with just a slight breeze and you have the day off with a few hundred bucks that you can blow on anything you wish.
