Default What Backing FOr Shirts

Hey just wanted to see about getting a little help, Im really new to this and wanted to know what backing I should be using when do shirts, Polo Shirts Cotton and Dry Fit. Would you mind telling me a little about the products.

I was going to but from here http://www.mesasupplies.com/store/c/19-Backing.aspx

Any help would be great, Also looking for a good digitizing person as I dont really have time to learn the software, as my web design and printing keeps me busy.

Thanks
Robert

You should've posted this in the Embroidery section as it would probably get more attention of that crowd.

I hoop (from bottom to top) cutaway, mesh, shirt. Works for me.
