Re: What is the best Embroidery machine
*facepalm*
Depends on what you are trying to use it for. Barudan/Tajima/ZSK are usually considered the best. But there really isn't anything easy about them.
If you are looking to do a lot of quick/personalization/names the melco EMT16 and similar single head paradigms are great for doing mass production of personalized items, they are unique in that they sell less expensive single heads that can be networked to create interconnected single head production instead of multiheaded single artwork production.
If you are looking for easy access to parts and maintence/technicians, There are so many Tajimas out there that access is easy to find and they are considered the standard.
Barudan is considered the premium and one of the best assembled and running. But access is sometimes spotty, And you have to pay for manuals/support documents and parts can be tricky.
ZSK shares a lot of the same design schemes as barudan with its own innovations and applications that make it significantly easier to network and streamline if you are smart/looking to keep your production fast.
