What is the best printer for Vellum paper

I am stuck between Canon pixma pro 100 or Epson p400? Or is there a different one that I should be looking at? Any help is appreciated

For these type of printing hope this TECHTONGDA 6 Color maybe work fine. This machine featuring six colors and six stations. Table type and combinatorial design. Micro-adjust function. Advanced electrostatic spraying and electroplating.
I've use this Techtongda Starter Screen Printing Kit as starter machine. Also works fine for me.
