What happened to the Printex US tour?

I thought there was supposed to be a tour by Robert Barnes of Printex/Mustang Printers and Andrew to deal with customer dissatisfaction. The tour was bragged about so much there was even a press release. Did they fix the problems customers were having?

I heard "they were afraid of being jumped".

Ya never bought it for a second. Playtex doesn't care bout their customers, Robert doesn't care either.

Here's a question for y'alls, do you think it was ever a possibility that he would come over and work with the customers or was it simply something to make it look like they were serious about the US market? I personally think that in the beginning that Andrew was ready to visit but I think it became apparent fairly quickly that it would have been a complete waste of resources and time. No telling what was being put in his ear at that time. Printex USA was done but at least the current customers could have gotten a few issues fixed while he was here. I think Andrew was talked out of making the trip more than anything.

IMO he probably found out about this trip after RWB made it up. He probably considered coming. He didn't though, so for whatever reason he clearly felt it wasn't important enough.

Actions speak very much louder than words.

From the begining Andrew never had no desire to come over here. They always sent Peter when push came to shove.

The team USA tour was all show to buy time and find a way out for Bobby.
