hopefully all the clouds line up at the end of the year and everything will work out. Depends on those clouds, space availability and if my landlord will let us move into a larger space with a year left on our current lease which.expires in Nov 2013, I'm hoping they don't make me ride it all the way out.

I'm sure they'll let you move into a larger unit as long as it's their property. it's easier these days to rent a smaller spot.
Keep hustling, and those clouds will align for you and then you'll have two autos and you'll be so stoked!

You know I was wondering if I should keep the Jav around. I think for what I can get for it that it may be a better option to keep it around for future capacity.

Yeah good idea.
If you get a good size order that is front/back etc, you can do one side on it, and the other on whatever other press you get. Some shops have a press that they leave setup for sleeves or toddler/infant garments if they have that niche.
Unless you can flip it for a decent price and apply that to the down payment!
