Smile What is your preferred backing/stabilizer

I am interested in knowing what the preferred backing/stabilizer material is. I know that it depends on what you are embroidering. I plan on embroidering mostly tshirts, maybe polos and aprons. So this is my main interest, but embroidery can be done on so many different materials and there is a lot of backing material. If you do not know what you should be using, it makes choosing a whole lot more difficult.

So if you don't mind please tell my what you prefer and why.

Thanks

We recommend poly mesh for t-shirts and polos. It's a light-weight, soft stabilizer, but it's textured so it can hold a lot of stitches. It is designed specially for lightweight and knit fabrics, so that it minimizes show through.
