Default What's some feedback on Ranar Presses

Hello

I was curious if anyone has any feedback or owned a Ranar press? I possibly found a really good deal on one. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Seth

I know you shot me down once before, but hear me out...

In a 12x12 space you can easily set up a 4/1 with a conveyor.
I have a 4/4 Workhorse, M&R conveyor and Hopkins forced air auto flash package for $3750.
With this set up, you can use the 4/4 as a 4/1 (if that suits most of your needs) but then have the option of using the speed table as those multi color prints (which require flashing) come along.

BTW, the Workhorse is a late 90's model before the company was sold and all the trusty metal parts magically turned into nylon... It is bulletproof.

The forced air flash is also nice if you are printing water based and want to use a forced air station before final cure in the conveyor.

I am not sure if that suits your needs, but it's a very functional shop set-up for a part time printer.

I will deliver to Santa Cruz... I like it down there.
