My husband is in the process of a career change. We have an established business, great location and quite a few established customers. We have someone interested in buying our business. How much would be a reasonable price? How can we even begin to calculate a resonable asking price?

I would think the majority of your assets are in equipment, what would the current value of your equipment be? Do you have a building full of stock? I would start there.
