Default Which machine is the best hat machine?

I have a Toyota 15 head machine, and we really love it.

But, being new to the business, I was wondering about opinions for which machine is the best, easiest, and most efficient at making hats.

Easiest to set up and use,,

Best hat hoop,,

any other info.

Thinking of getting a 9 color machine just for hats,,,,as I've checked, and all the hats I've done so far, and we've done quite a few, most only have 4 to 6 colors, even the fancy ones.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Nines needles should be fine for most hat designs. Tajima and Barudan machines embroider high quality hats. I would check the available sewing field for both since a lot of current hat designs are close to the bill and/or want to cover as much of the front as possible.
