Wilcom E3 no Underlay

I sold my E3 to a fellow and now he is saying the Underlay options is blank. He sent a pic and sure enough it is blank.

Wilcom appears to be slow on any support. I have seen 3 other people on Wilcoms forums with same issue but don't see any resolution, but I am waiting on a email so I can subscribe. Even it is slow as hell.

Anyone seen this problem and get it figured out? It may be a windows 10 issue.

Apparently it a windows 10 issue and there is a update that supposed to fix this. Anyway I am getting the software back, test it and then resell it.

I finally got this sorted out for Windows 10.
You have to download updates from Wilcom.

WilcomEmbroideryStudio_e3_0F_to_e3_0V_Update.exe
ES_e3.0Z_Update_6.exe
