ZSK -customer service?

Default ZSK -customer service?

Hi all,
I recently purchased a new ZSK and was shocked at the customer service immediately following the down payment. Has anyone else had issues with Bob? I literally had to cancel my order due to the lies and misinformation....

I was sold on a ZSK, so I need to decide between a Barudan and Tajima at this point. Anyways I was hoping to get some info on the customer service from Barudan/Tajima to help with this decision.

It's the same thing with barudan. I've had it, although the machine is great, the customer service is horrible. The good thing i had is a local tech ( had to spend a lot of money on him), but he teached me a lot of stuff about my machine. I'm sorry for what you have to go through, but it's the same everywhere. Everybody is lazy after they make a sale. Also in barudan, there is a option in which you have to put in access code after 72 hours (one time only) to ensure that the customer fully paid( i've already paid in beginning). I got the response back the next day that they will email me the code, but got the code back a week later.

Notcina and the Mattina family (Nick and Bob) are terrible. They do not support you and all they care about is the sale. After the sale you are old news. Glad to hear you cancelled the order. We run Tajima and Barudan, and have had great service and help from both groups.

Our Experience with the Mattina Family was not terrible at all, Nick always tries to take care of us, Tom & John, as well as Mike in ZSK NH, All have helped us with issues via phone & text and even going as far to send PDFs examples on what to look for and how to adjust. We take a yearly class that they offer and learn directly from the techs to fix and adjust our machines. I can't forget Andrea, She always addresses problems ASAP.
We own 3 Sprint 6 machines and definitely will buy more from Nick & Bob. Good People!
