ZSK machine - needle change

Hello, I am trying to setup needle assignments on a zsk 6 head machine. I bring up the assignment & type in the numbers in the orders that i need them, and the machine starts on the correct color. Then when it gets to the next color the machine does a stop, instead of switching colors & i have to do a manual needle change in order to use the correct color. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Which controller are you using?

You just need some training on the control panel,
What file format are you sending to the machine ?
If you send me a pic of the machine and control panel I can then tell you how to do the loading process properly.

I'm having the same issue. I have a new machine, and I'm loading .dst files. How do I do it? Thanks for any help!

Kaybo This is just a matter of proper training. Where are you located ? What software are you using ? Most likely I can help you get past this issue over the phone.
If your machine is new I would assume your using the new T8 Control Panel
I know these panels and functions inside and out. Would be happy to assist
