We are a 15 year old apparel company located in Cool Springs. We have an immediate opening for someone with apparel decorating experience to manage our work flow. We do embroidery, transfers, direct to garment printing, and offer silk-screening through a contractor, and may add additional services in the future.
This is a hands on working position, not an office job. Your duties will include:
Scheduling the work flow based on our customers delivery requirements.
Hiring for production positions as business dictates.
Shipping/Receiving.
Embroidery Operator. Previous experience is required
Operating wide format printer/plotter, direct to garment printer.
We are a small company and our office staff will pitch in as required, but we need a full time manager to oversee our “back end operations” We are a moderate volume shop (21 embroidery heads) with a great base of established business and a growing internet presence. Our business is primarily with direct customers not contract work, and quality is essential. We have a clean modern production area with newer equipment.
